Professor Myron H. Nordquist, S.J.D., is the Associate Director and Editor, Center for Oceans Law and Policy at the University of Virginia School of Law. He is Editor-in-Chief of the seven-volume series, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982: A Commentary.
Ambassador Satya N. Nandan, C.F., C.B.E., was the UN Under-Secretary-General for the Law of the Sea and Secretary-General of the International Seabed Authority 1996-2009. He is the Series General Editor of the seven-volume series, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982: A Commentary.
Commander James Kraska, S.J.D., is a judge advocate in the U.S. Navy assigned to the International Law Department, U.S. Naval War College, where he holds the Howard S. Levie Chair in Operational Law.
