After the death of her husband in Afghanistan, Misty Rush and family moves to Colorado and befriends a man whose twin 18 month old girls are missing. He is accused of their murder, but Misty discovers they have been kidnapped and taken to Pakistan as retribution for a Taliban tribal leader's loss of his twin daughters in a drone strike. Misty, with the help of an Irish water research company goes to Pakistan and rescues the twins. She also frees a high level American intelligence operative within hours of being executed. They make a dramatic escape from Pakistan.
