There are also persistent whispers that affiliates of the Mafia are searching for a quarter-million dollars in missing cash, skimmed over five years. What was meant to be a temporary job becomes complicated when Amy Hauser enters the picture, bringing her own set of challenges. They both long to leave New Mexico for a new life, yet the allure of that missing mob cash lingers.
And Logan may have discovered where it's hidden, but soon finds others want it more.
