This second volume in the lives of Marie and Alioune finds them living with their growing family in the lovely little bath town of Aix-les-Bains that lies only a few minutes' walk from the picturesque and ecologically important Lac de Bourget in la Savoie in eastern France. Five years have passed since they were exiled by the brotherhood and forced to travel as illegal migrants from the Peanut Basin of Senegal. During that time they have managed to jump through the administrative hoops to legalise their residency and start to build their thriving businesses: Triple-T Enterprises. While Alioune can charm the birds from the trees, it is Marie that all her friends call Mi-Mi who is the business brain behind almost every one of their commercial decisions. Follow them during the next fifteen years of their life as they expand and turn Triple-T into a services powerhouse while beginning new companies that buy to rent secure garages and furnished tourist accommodation. See how their lives pivot on the turn of a car key as they lose their mentor and protector, how their friends pull together in response to a kidnapping and how foresight and daring allow them to continue building their enterprises while ensuring the loyalty of their diverse workforce. And what you may ask of Matar Fall, the charmer and other 'T' in Triple-T? I am not saying. You will simply have to read the book to find out! Enjoy.
