A former fashion editor tells the story of how she said goodbye to the rat race and embraced life in rural Poitou-Charentes, in central western France. Wheeler's story of life in the village community sold 7,000 copies in HB and will be heavily promoted in the national press with potential serialisations in women's magazines and the travel press. Will appeal to the "Eat, Pray Love" crowd as well as fans of "Under The Tuscan Sun".
