Being a nutritionist and sports enthusiast myself, I have combined both concepts in hopes of helping you achieve your new goal. Not only will you discover that I use aphrodisiac ingredients that tantalize your taste buds and other things (wink) but this unique playbook/cookbook I've created is, in essence, a collection of plays (recipes) that may be executed by the team (you or your family) during the course of a game (meal).
