It isn't every day you see a racing turtle but that is exactly what Tommy is. he is the fastest turtle for miles around. Racing is all he ever thinks about. He can't help but ask everyone he meets to race him. One day he meets someone new who just moved into the neighborhood and he challenges him to a race. Sammy Snail accepts his challenge.
