Tommy is a happy kid. Yes, he has Down's syndrome, and that makes him extra special. He has within him that extra star that makes him a happy kid all the time. Friends and family, classmate and neighbors all wear big smiles on their faces whenever Tommy is around. Tommy is one cool kid.
