The Veda is a fantastic wisdom. The main book Rig Veda is well known, however, a view at a glance is given of the entire Vedic literature. Its 6 divisions help us look far back in time and see the range of societies from the smallest family groups to the largest empires plus an ideal culture that is emerging now started by the financial crisis. - We document it with many examples. The family and work team, is illumined by the first major group of Veda literature, where we find 6 important codes that tell us how the small group works best. The first code word is 'expressing'. In order to flourish fully in our lifetime we must be able to express our inherent 'genius'. If our creativity is blocked, it causes deep stress. In this way, the Veda literature holds 6 important clues on how to thrive and function best in teams. We open a new perspective on how humans and the universe are intimately connected. We also note that one of the 6 scenarios is the bureaucracy. It has had its value in increasing our welfare, but we now see that it tends to become petrified and turns into a system that does not sufficiently respect us, the human being. The bureaucracy can or will get sick, so to say. When we aligned the Vedic literature and the power structures it just turned out that the bureaucracy is in connected to Ayur Veda, which deals with healing of disease. So, the key codes of Ayur Veda tells us how the sick bureaucracy can be cured. THE PROFOND: A COLOURFUL SOCIETY
We will go through the Vedic codes for each power structure, and in the end we will see that they are great tools for co-creation. As such, the book points to a completely new angle of co-operation and leadership. The structure we expect to dominate in the future is colourful and aligns to the artistic parts of the Veda.
