Kathi Gillaspy, EdD, is director of technical assistance at AnLar, where she leads educational and policy initiatives for district, state, and national projects. With decades of experience in early intervention, early childhood special education, and systems change, she is widely respected for her ability to facilitate collaborative stakeholder groups and guide teams toward shared goals.

Nancy Surbrook-Goins, MA, is a facilitator, trainer, coach, and technical assistance provider at AnLar. She has expertise in early childhood education, inclusion, infant mental health, the Pyramid Model, and communities of practice. Formerly Michigan's training and technical assistance manager, she has led statewide professional development systems with a strong emphasis on adult learning, equity, and relationship-based practice.
