After years of health issues and finding my solution to healing in food, I took on a whole new passion for cooking and creating in the kitchen. I have met many women over the last several years who struggle with trying to figure our what to eat and how to make a transition to clean eating.

As an autoimmune disease survivor, I found the magic in the kitchen. Our family started to thrive. We found our healing through the power of food.
