Madison Police Department's Detective Frank Rollins is investigating three missing young women. The case is personal for him - he lost his own daughter, an only child, to a kidnapper who raped and killed her several years prior. He lost his wife in the fallout, as well. He'd be damned if a repeat of that tragedy and trauma was going to happen on his watch. As he pursues the case, he uncovers far more than he expects to, some of it horrific. On another level, he finds pieces of himself he thought were gone forever.
