Those New York Summers
Autor Fiona Collinsen Limba Engleză Paperback – 5 ian 2027
When shy, bookish Brit Jess Hoople inherits an apartment on MacDougal Street, Greenwich Village, she crosses the Atlantic expecting a brief adventure. Instead, she finds The Cadence--a charming, old-world sanctuary of misfits and dreamers--and Jude, the impossibly charming all-American boy two floors above, who makes her laugh harder than anyone she's ever known.
Every August, Jess tells herself she's coming back for the rooftop sunsets and the Village streets. Every August, she's lying. But Jess has spent a lifetime learning not to need anyone, and Jude hides more behind that easy smile than he'll ever admit. As the summers unspool and a long-buried connection between their families comes to light, both must decide what terrifies them more: letting each other in--or letting another summer slip away...
