This book is meant to serve as a resource for students of applied ethics who want to acquire a very basic working background in some of the common forms of normative ethical theory (virtue ethics, deontological ethics, utilitarianism/consequentialism, and the ethics of care). It also includes some helpful models for putting those theories to use in the analysis of case studies and moral dilemmas.
