Electrical Engineer Daniel Holloway, Historian Sarah White and Physicists' Nathan Ngumbo and Carley McNeil are four unsuspecting employees working the night-shift at a top secret laboratory, deep under the pine forests of the northern United States. Their day started off uneventfully, but in 47 minutes the world as they knew it was destroyed. Having the unfortunate experience of watching the end via satellite imagery, the quartet find themselves trapped in the enormous underground complex. But things are not always what they seem.
