The degree of international division of labour has increased during the least years. This provides advantages for both: the developed and the developing countries. But it is by far not the case that the developing world is on a par with the so called western world. In many areas of international relations the developing world has to fight with problem induced by certain behaviour of the developed countries. In this Volume we discuss the examples of Agriculture Protection and Environment as two fields in which the relation between both groups is not without problems.
