The Wealth Formula: The Hundred-Year-Old Method for Building and Keeping Wealth in the Age of AI
Autor Rainer Schorren Limba Engleză Hardback – 25 feb 2027
Twenty-three floors above the desert, in a room cooled to the temperature of a morgue, Rainer Schorr was about to lose everything he had built. Across the table sat a finance minister and the chairman of a sovereign wealth fund. Between them lay a contract that looked like rescue and read like a slow-motion confiscation. One wrong sentence, and the founder would become an employee inside his own company.
He did not win that negotiation by being smarter than the men across the table. He won because he knew a formula more than a century old, hiding in the last sentence of a forgotten book.
The Wealth Formula is not written from a lecture hall. It comes from inside the act of building: three decades of creating and selling companies, from a self-published moped-tuning manual at sixteen to the largest private land bank in Europe, investment funds in Abu Dhabi, and major investments across southern Africa.
Wealth = Vision × Gratitude × Trust × Determination
These four factors do not add. They multiply. A single zero in any one of them reduces the entire product to zero. On these pages you will learn to turn vision into a number and a date; to run gratitude as an operating system, and to see envy as the most efficient destroyer of human potential ever devised; to rebuild trust in yourself as an inner balance sheet; and to understand determination as the refusal to stop digging three feet from the gold.
Moving beneath the whole book is its true antagonist: Norm, the quiet voice at every kitchen table on earth that says, “Be realistic, stay who you are, no need to grow.” Every reader has heard him their entire life. Almost no one has ever been told what he actually is, and on the final pages Schorr unmasks him, by his real name, as something far more real than a metaphor. You cannot fight what you cannot see. This book makes you see him.
And then comes the question almost no success book dares to ask: how much do you actually dare to want? Schorr calls it ambition, the one dial nobody can set for you. At the center of the book is a self-test that shows where your own formula breaks. You will not finish these pages inspired. You will finish them measured.

Notă biografică
Rainer Schorr has spent three decades building, losing, and rebuilding a fortune. He has developed more than seven billion euros of real estate across over a thousand projects, taken companies public, and built DLE Group into one of Europe's largest land bank managers. His first closed-end fund raised 803 million euros, the most successful real-estate fundraising in Europe at the time, and made his firm the first European company in the PERE Top 100. He is an anchor investor in Rock Tech Lithium, which is building the first lithium refineries of their kind in Europe and Canada, outside the Chinese supply chain, and the founder of GUT ZU TUN, a social fund that has moved more than five hundred homeless people into work and training. With Chris Voss he is a bestselling co-author on tactical empathy. He lives in Abu Dhabi with his wife, Petra.
