While on a family visit with his great-grandpa Jim Thompson, Little Jimmy discovers a secret that his great-grandfather has kept hidden for many years, a crystal sphere that was given to him by a dying alien named Reevan many years ago. As little Jimmy soon realizes, there is more to this sphere than meets the eye. A strange series of events begin to unfold, that will change little Jimmy's life, the life of his great-grandfather Jim, as well as the entire Thompson family.
