The Talking Kite is about a little boy name Timothy who doesn't know what responsibility is. He does not pay attention because he gets distracted easily. The Kite teaches him the importance of watching over things that are part of growing up. He learns these things from his friend Kite through a series of events he goes through with the Kite.
