Ethan Wainwright is a man living two separate lives, that of a bouncer in a country-western bar in Boston and that of a rich kid attending Harvard Law School. His father remarries, and he meets his new seventeen-year-old stepsister, an entrancing blonde female who simply will not leave him alone. He's studying law, and no one has to tell him that at her age, she is jail-bait. As he is steadily drawn closer and closer to her, he realizes has more to lose than his freedom - he has lost his heart to the young girl who begins to be frightened of him. From bar fights to prep-school balls, Ethan navigates between his two lives, as things increasingly get more complicated with his bewitching stepsister.
