Daxa Manhar Patel is an author, Yorkshire Post columnist and former solicitor who spent thirty years in law, including seventeen years as a law firm partner. Her professional life taught her about responsibility, pressure, decision-making and what it means to be trusted with other people's lives and problems.Life beyond the law taught her something equally important: leadership is not always about having the answer.
