Recenzii
Yujin Nagasawa's book, The Problem of Evil for Atheists, is a landmark achievement in contemporary analytic philosophy of religion. Importantly, the book expands analytic philosophy of religion beyond its narrow focus on Christian theism.
I strongly recommend this work as a secondary text in a problem of evil course for undergraduate students. This is thorough, in that Nagasawa covers not only standard atheism and non-theism, but also alternative religious worldviews (including pantheism, axiarchism, etc.). It is easy-to-follow, with each section labeled clearly and in a logical flow. Given the strength and thoroughness of the argumentation, this ought to be a baseline text for academic discussion of the challenge of evil for atheists and non-theists.
