THE PERFECT TIME DOES NOT EXIST: The Valiant Press

Nicola Mullender, BSc, MSc, is a registered mental health nurse with a master's degree in management. Her career across the NHS and independent sector has included clinical practice and senior operational management. A wife and mum living in Derbyshire, she loves family life, travel, good food and the countryside. She believes strongly in trusting your instincts, taking a chance and occasionally doing something on a whim. She has always noticed and been fascinated by the way people think, particularly how easily capable people can get tangled up in their own thinking and hold themselves back. She wants to shake people out of assuming they can't do something just because they haven't done it yet and remind them what they're actually capable of. With dry British humour and blunt honesty, Nicola brings straight-talking common sense to the excuses people give themselves for putting things off. She firmly believes life makes far more sense once you stop dressing it up.
