Ryan Vaccarella began his career in the oil and gas industry as a roustabout supporting production operations. Over more than two decades, he progressed through operational and safety leadership roles supporting complex high-risk work environments across multiple industries.

Having worked alongside frontline crews, contractors, leaders, and business owners, Ryan developed a deep belief that the people closest to the work are often the people best equipped to improve it.

His work focuses on designing practical systems that allow ownership, learning, and psychological safety to survive real-world operational pressure while advancing performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
