Eve and Leigh Chandler are a newlywed couple who move into a new house on a council estate. Living next door is Mark Denny and also his two teenage sons, who play loud music incessantly and have noisy all-night parties. Eve and Leigh are driven to distraction by the noise, and complain to the council about Mark Denny. The complaint causes a frightening chain of events to occur, which will change Eve and Leigh's lives forever.
