Angel grew up on a council estate with her Grandmother in Kent. Angel shared a tiny bedroom with her sister and wore uniform three sizes too big so she could grow into it. Angel is a far cry from the sophisticated lawyer Angelica who is married to successful, monied Sebastian and lives in East London.
