The Morgue

F.C. Marrow writes horror, fantasy, and science fiction that lives where the dark things do. His stories wander into transgressive relationships, body horror, and the thin lines between love and hate, sex and death, desire and fear, because those are the places that scare him most. He writes whatever pushes his own envelope, in the hope that it pushes the reader's too.A lifelong worldbuilder, Marrow sees his stories before he writes them. Scenes arrive as shots, lighting cues, and the slow rise of a score, shaped as much by cinema and video games as by books. When writing those worlds down stopped being enough, he built Materia, a family of story engines that let readers walk around inside a story instead of only reading it.Away from the page, he is obsessed with anime, horror films, video games (Resident Evil above all), and K-pop, with a lifelong devotion to TWICE. He is also a multiple-time Taekwondo World Champion with black belts in Taekwondo and Judo.He is the founder of Marrow-House Publishing, where he helps independent authors bring their books into the world.
