Samuel and Linda are a happily married couple who appear on the outside to have everything they need in life. In fact, all who know them agree they have gifts only God could give. Samuel is a talented sculptor and Linda is as beautiful as her fruitful garden. But what no one knows is that Samuel and Linda long for just one thing they cannot have: a child.

As their fifteenth wedding anniversary approaches, Samuel wonders what he can give Linda to thank her for loving him. Knowing his wife is unable to bear a child, Samuel decides to create a little girl made from metal for her garden.
