The countdown to Christmas is on and Imogen is busier than ever, even going the extra mile to pair up the perfect couples among her clients. Imogen's best friend Lando knows his days of artistic dreaming are soon coming to an end, as he prepares to take over the day-to-day running of Keyes from his father. But the store's golden days are long over and a big change is needed to restore it to its former glory. Otherwise this Christmas will be Keyes' last.

When Lando returns from a Parisian business trip with news of a potential investor, one with big plans for expansion, it seems like the solution to everyone's problems.
