Mabel is really excited about her two new pet chickens, Sally and Susie, and can't wait to spoil them with sweetcorn cobs and dust baths. She knows that chickens like to live in friendly groups, so when Gran asks Mabel and her mum if they would like to rehome her last chicken, Snowdrop, they agree.
Sally and Susie aren't so eager to welcome Snowdrop into the flock, but just as the three are beginning to get along, Snowdrop vanishes and a fox is spotted nearby. Can Mabel find her before it's too late?
