Is the Jolly Elf jolly because he sings every morning, or does he sing because he is jolly? And if you can answer that, then why does he keep shrinking the heads of the local townsfolk? Of course someone must come along and try to put and end to this since the songs he sings are largely disco hits from the 70 s. Ultimately, the Elf learns that the only true joy in life is creating misery for others."
