The Jerusalem Bible is a modern English translation of the Bible that invites us to deepen our understanding of God. First introduced in 1966, it quickly became the most accepted Catholic translation of the Bible throughout much of the English-speaking world, and has been widely adopted for use at Mass. It remains one of the most-used Bible translations in the world today.
