After completing a ten-year apprenticeship and intensive study program and the required initiations, Baba Odushola elevated her position within the Egbe to Associate Iyanifa.

Her lifelong career is intertwined with the keeping of cultural and spiritual traditions while also doing the work necessary to maintain optimal spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health. Ifayomi has been a professional African dancer, instructor, and performer for more than twenty-five years.
