Having been in office for only seven days, William and Clint were just getting adjusted to their new positions as President and Vice-President when they are blindsided with information from a Chinese official about seventeen nuclear weapons that are ready to detonate within the U.S. borders. These Chinese officials do not want money; they want total control of the federal government, without the knowledge of citizens of the country.
