Lou Robbie is a professional chef and busy mum of two. She has always loved food, and trained as a chef in her late twenties. When she became a parent, Lou realised how important her food skills were now that she had to nurture and nourish not only herself, but also her children.
After speaking with other parents, Lou realised just how fortunate she was to feel confident in the kitchen. In 2021, she started her business Little Lou Cooks, where she now shares her recipes online full-time. She has 1M followers on Instagram, 840k on Facebook and 147k on TikTok (@littleloucooks).
