A sparkling new story from Hollie Hughes, bestselling author of The Girl and the Dinosaur, and award-winning illustrator, Ben Mantle.
Deep in the glittering winter, one little fox cub sets out to bring the first colours of spring home for her papa.
As the little fox adventures through the snowy landscape, the petals drop from her flower one by one, and she returns home almost empty-handed. How will she show Papa that spring is just around the corner?
Will this downhearted cub realise that it's the colours in her heart that fill Papa with pride, and allow spring to start?
A glittering tale of love, hope and the changing seasons, and a reminder that beauty can be found even in the coldest winter.
