A young couple move in with the wife's estranged mother with the intent of killing the mother and inheriting the woman's house. Their plan goes south when the woman taps into the powers of the a nefarious ancient cult she is a fledgling member of and using the powers of time travel and shape-shifting finds revenge on not only the young couple but all who ever dared shun her.
