It was the first day of finals week, but the world as they knew it had changed. The halls and dorms at the university would be bustling with activity. There would be lonely corners where people were cramming for tests. Every laptop would be open, note would be reviewed, and book would be studied. Students would either be quietly roaming the halls in anxious anticipation of what would be on the exams to come or excitedly getting ready to leave for the summer, glad the testing was finally done. Either way, as those students filed into classrooms for finals there would be one room that was empty. They got out before it was too late.
