The Empty House is a book that takes place on the day of Chloe's mother's funeral. She doesn't quite understand where her Mommie has been. To aid in her understanding, Daddy takes some time to explain death, life, and reward to Chloe through meaningful dialogue. The Empty House provides parents and caregivers the dialogue to start the conversation with children regarding death from a sound theological perspective, using language and imagery that children can grasp and understand.
