This book is an introductory work to the recognizing of energy patterns, rhythms, cycles, and synchronicities so that one may recognize the energy of oneself, as well as the energy outside the self, to utilize and/or manipulate the recognized patterns to use the energy to benefit the individual as well the greater good of all concerned.
