It's been a month since Sean rescued his actually-not-dead sister Brigid, left Tamara behind to her new diplomatic duties, and realized that Indigo has hidden himself away on his home-planet to die of his incurable Minister's illness. Sean refuses to accept this end for his best friend, and sets off with Brigid in tow to the Minister's planet. But once Sean manages to get into the Minister's council chambers, Indigo is less than pleased to see his friend. Especially since the council just discovered one of their own has been murdered, and it seems like any one of them could be next.
