A rose by any other name is not so sweet "Blood red roses weep, teardrops slip" ThornRose ('Thorny') lives a dull monotonous life on a drab world cloaked in purple mist (courtesy of the Death Angels who feed on lost love, painful emotions and blood). She has a unique ThornRose sphere which empowers her - circlets of thorns woven into a sphere shape with a dull blood red rose hidden in the centre. She does not know her true potential. When she encounters Jet Bloodstone she finds out who she really is: a Wizard/Witch Hybrid. They join together to search for other Hybrids in order to counter the threat of the Death Angels to the worlds.
