There can be no change without awareness. Our needs remain the same regardless of our ethnicity, background, religion, belief, social, emotional, physical or economic status. Our needs, are the common thread through which we can all relate.

This self- help journal, is a soul-searching, teaching-based diary that will propel you to launch into the deep and dig a bit deeper into your inner being. It will help you discover what your needs are, as it is through discovering them, that you will be able to progressively attend to them. When we take our needs into consideration, something magical happens. Yes, the process of growth begins It can be an agonizing process but it is all worth it.

For us to help others, we must first help ourselves. Having the knowledge of our needs will permit us to take intentional decisions that will benefit us in the long run.
