The Burning

Eleven hundred years later in the 1600s much of Europe has degenerated into depravity and cruelty hidden beneath a mask of propriety. With the Black Death threatening once again, an enigmatic recluse is drawn from the shadows, where he predates on the dregs of the city, back into the full view of society where an unexpected encounter sparks an erotic liaison fraught with danger. Discovering that he is not the only one with a dark secret, he finds himself compelled to exact revenge for the dark deeds he finds perpetrated by those around him.
