Neighbors, what do you really know about yours? How can you tell if the person living in the dwelling opposite you is a sane, law abiding citizen, who would gladly let you borrow a cup of sugar, or a deranged psychopath with a basement littered with corpses? You can't, not until their murderous intentions are turned towards you. I ask again, do you really know your neighbors.
