Returning from the Northern Wastes, Fergus was dismayed to find that the Bards were indeed "singing his name," as he made a joyous reunion with his comrades of the TKT. His time on the plains of Valdenheim was short lived however, and given his first command, he was sent on a treacherous journey, south through the infamous Illesian swamps to the exotic Southern lands. There, amid the burning sands, an ancient horror awaited them... one that not only thirsted for their lives, but for their very souls.
