There is finally peace and harmony on the Victory Allotment. After last year's discovery of a body and the disappearance of the murderer, there is a new and relaxed mood on the once turbulent allotment. The Allotmenteers, Dave, Adrian, Paul, Peter and Big Mick, are still together and helping each other and anyone else who has a problem. This time it is Jan Hawkn'spit, another tenant and local shopkeeper, who needs their unique talents and skills. A gang of youths are stealing from his shop and his customers.
