Organizations are facing today an environment of profound and accelerated change and business leaders ponder how to react given their fear of being disrupted. Conversely, the book explores the idea of proactively transforming organizations with focus on the multi-stakeholder value creation opportunities that megatrends and changes can generate and enable. The BTC facilitates the process of a vision-led journey, especially by integrating a variety of interdependent building blocks to be addressed during the transformation.
