Jimmy Leppert works with executives to develop, accelerate, and realize strategies that drive breakthrough performance. Prior to cofounding Empactful Advisors with Justin Wasserman, Leppert was a managing director at Kotter International, the firm of Harvard professor John Kotter (bestselling author of Leading Change). Before that, he served as a researcher and consultant at MIT's Sloan School of Management, where he apprenticed with Peter Senge (bestselling author of The Fifth Discipline). Leppert earned advanced degrees from Harvard and the University of Virginia and lives with his family in Denver, Colorado.

Justin Wassermanis a strategic agility, business transformation and turnaround expert. Prior to cofounding the strategy and strategy execution firm Empactful Advisors with Jimmy Leppert, Wasserman was a managing director at Kotter International and before that, a partner at a turnaround firm. The engagements he has partnered on with his clients have delivered in excess of $3.162 billion in CFO validated revenue and cost enhancements (much of which are annualized figures). But just as important as the numbers are countless stories of leaders becoming better leaders-more focused, more aligned with their teams, less stressed-leading more engaged and capable workforces. He has a master's degree in organizational psychology with a specialization in organizational change from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego. Justin lives with his family in Denver, Colorado.
