Peggy Rusike grew up in Zimbabwe. She was the chairperson of Zimbabwe Women Writers Harare Branch from 1997 -1999.This is Peggy Rusike's first novel. She has published short stories, and newspaper articles. The time she wrote this book she was living in the United Kingdom.
